What we're looking for
- • Experience coaching or playing at the high school, AAU, or college level
- • A commitment to player development over shortcuts
- • Character, patience, and the ability to lead young athletes
- • Availability for weekend practices, games, and travel tournaments
- • Willingness to complete a background check and safe-sport certification
