Coach Isiah Anderson
Coach Isiah Anderson is the founder of REPS Basketball and has spent decades developing athletes, building programs, and mentoring young people on and off the court. As a high school coach, AAU director, educator, and student support professional, he believes basketball is one of the greatest classrooms for teaching resilience, leadership, discipline, and character.
His coaching philosophy is built around one word: Becoming.
Winning matters, but becoming the person you were created to be matters more. Every practice, workout, and game is an opportunity to grow — not just as a player, but as a teammate, leader, and human being. At REPS, "No Wasted Reps" means every repetition has purpose, every challenge is an opportunity to improve, and every setback can become part of your story.
Coach Anderson's mission is to help athletes reach their highest level of basketball while developing the mindset, work ethic, and character that will serve them long after the final buzzer. Because championships are temporary — but who you become lasts forever.
